What is HSP?
Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia (HSP) is a rare, inherited disorder of the brain and spinal cord. Symptoms vary greatly from person to person: some experience mild motor impairment, while others face severe disabilities. HSP has a major impact on the daily lives of patients and those around them.
