We are proud to share that illusionist Hans Klok has joined Life4HSP as an ambassador. In his signature style, full of magic and wonder, he expresses his support for people with Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia (HSP) in a short video message. With his fame and personal commitment, he helps raise awareness for HSP.

Visibility for Life4HSP
HSP is a hereditary neurological condition in which the nerve pathways to the legs gradually deteriorate. This leads to spasticity, stiffness, and muscle weakness, making walking and moving increasingly difficult. The disease is progressive, incurable, and unfamiliar to many. As ambassador of Life4HSP, Hans Klok wants to help raise visibility, awareness, and recognition for the roughly one thousand people in the Netherlands living with HSP. Because the condition is rare and poorly known, it often takes a long time to receive an accurate diagnosis and proper support.
